Saturday June 17th, 2017 was the wedding of Emily & Tom Roidl!
We were finally able to meet with Emily and Tom just a couple of weeks before the wedding due to them living out of the country! Tom is from Germany and the two plan on attending grad school and living back in Germany. We started the day at the Holiday Inn Riverfront Hotel with the guys around noon. During some routine jacket shots, Tom's top button flew into the air and hit the floor. He immediately kicked into action getting a small sewing kit from the front desk and re-installing the button! Soon we headed to the site of the wedding. The girls had all gathered in the Magnolia Room to relax and get ready. We went out in search of the perfect spot near the day lilies for the first look. Tom tried to play it cool but the look on his face says it all! Friends and family came together and found a seat for the beautiful service. Afterwords guest made their way to the outdoor seating area for cocktails and hors devours with dinner to follow. The rain held off all day and the event was gorgeous!
The wedding and reception venue was The Western Kentucky Botanical Gardens in Owensboro Kentucky.
